Customer services telephone staff USELESS. Rude, never answer the phone, hang up on you, don't issue refunds for items their end have lost even when you have proof of your return. They don't answer emails, basically hoping you will give up on getting your money back. Disgusting two bob outfit. Don't use.

I ordered on line 2 shirts, i used the secure payment services and received a code from my bank which i entered. The payment has come out of my account twice and i have received 2 booking confirmations. I have tried to email to cancel one of the orders and not had one single response. I have now received two delivery dates from Hermes which i only want one for the 2 shirts, i do not want 4 shirts!. There is no customer service number to call and no response to 3 emails i have sent!
